Important Information Regarding Your ZRR Shuttle Booking
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
Journey Confirmation & Details
You’ll automatically receive a
“Journey Acknowledgement” email from ZRR Shuttle for your paid journey(s). It’s your responsibility to
check that the details in this email are correct.
You’ll then manually receive a
“Journey Details” email once your journey has been assigned to a driver. This email will contain your
pickup instructions and the driver’s telephone number. ZRR Shuttle will not issue refunds if you forget to bring this information with you.
Flight Delays & Missed Flights
ZRR Shuttle does not accept responsibility for
missed flights due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes, but isn’t limited to, traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions, or any other unpredictable events.
We strongly advise passengers to
plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to their flight’s departure to allow for possible unexpected delays en route to or from the airport. ZRR Shuttle will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight if this two-hour check-in time wasn’t allowed. Of course, you’re free to arrange an earlier arrival at the airport, but ZRR Shuttle accepts no responsibility for any missed flight due to this choice.
All passengers are advised to have
adequate travel insurance before booking. No refunds for costs will be issued to passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.
Vehicle Capacity & Luggage
ZRR Shuttle does not accept responsibility if your
passenger or luggage requirements exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. If you’re unsure about the capacity of your booked vehicle, please
contact the ZRR Shuttle customer service team immediately.
Arrival Information
Please ensure you provide us with your
arrival times and day into the UK, not your departing flight information. If your flight has any serious delays, please
inform us or the driver as soon as possible.
Service Provision
ZRR Shuttle uses its own transport whenever possible, but we may utilize
third-party companies where appropriate to fulfill reservations.
Surcharges
Reservations for service on the following timings and dates will be subject to an
additional 50% surcharge on published prices:
- December 24th: 18:00 to 23:59
- December 26th: 00:00 to 23:59
- December 31st: 18:00 to 23:59
- January 1st: 00:00 to 23:59
- Other days may also be affected.
Pricing
ZRR Shuttle prices are calculated manually, taking into consideration the
distance, time of travel, and number of passengers traveling. ZRR Shuttle reserves the right to provide an
upgraded car type from the original selection if your chosen vehicle is unavailable.
Waiting Time
- Airport Collections: For journeys collecting from an airport, ZRR Shuttle does not charge for the first hour of waiting time after the plane has landed. Waiting time charges will, however, start once the first hour has elapsed from when the aircraft has landed and will be charged, regardless of the reason, at £30 per hour (pro-rata).
- All Other Journeys: Waiting time for all other journeys will be charged at £30 per hour (pro-rata) from the scheduled pick-up time.
Tolls
Any
tolls are not included in the instant online quotes. The driver will ask you for the money, or we can charge this to your card if you prefer.
Amendments
Any amendment to your booking must be made via
email or by telephone to us. You’ll receive an email confirming the amendment.
Amendments must not be made with your driver. All bookings must be made through the office (either via the website, telephone, or email) to ensure confirmations are sent out and the journey is insured.
Cancellations
ZRR Shuttle will accept any cancellation as long as
24 hours’ notice is provided. There will be a
£7 or 10% administration/transaction charge per journey (whichever is higher). All cancellations must be made via an email to which you will receive confirmation from us. If you do not receive an email from ZRR Shuttle confirming the cancellation, then we have not received it. In this case, please call our out-of-hours number, which is
07983 697 142.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.
- No refund is made for cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours’ notice provided or afterwards.
- All other circumstances where a refund may be possible should be addressed directly with ZRR Shuttle customer services.
Please note that some calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Privacy Policy
We use your personal information to provide the services you’ve requested (i.e., to process your order). We may also use this information for auditing, research, and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services. Where required to fulfill your transfer, we may pass selected information to third parties.
Reasons/Purposes for Processing Information
We process personal information to enable us to:
- Provide a transport service to our customers.
- Maintain our accounts and records.
- Promote our services.
- Manage and support our staff.
We also process personal information using a CCTV system to monitor and collect visual images for the purpose of security and the prevention and detection of crime at zrrrshuttle.com.
